Siddhant Bahuguna, an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed his internship at Ernst & Young (EY), supporting listed clients with statutory audit compliance. He also holds an Masters degree in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, further enhancing his business acumen.

Suresh Kumar Agarwal is a seasoned professional with nearly 40 years of experience in statutory audit and taxation advisory. A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), he brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments across diverse industries. Known for his deep analytical skills and commitment to excellence, Mr. Agarwal has been a trusted advisor to numerous clients, consistently delivering strategic insights and compliant solutions.
